[EnergyPlus_Support] Compact HVAC Interim Update

An interim update to Compact HVAC is now available in the files area of the 
yahoo support group.  The zip file contains a revised IDD, expandobjects.exe, 
and a pdf document with installation instructions, a list of changes, and 
revised documentation.

  Description : Compact HVAC Enhancements for V2-0-0, including chilled water
