I'm not 100% sure of what you are looking for, but look in the Input 
Output Reference at the object UnitarySystem:HeatPump:WaterToAir and see 
if this meets your needs. Example files for this object include 
HeatPumpWaterToAir.idf, HeatPumpWaterToAirEquationFit.idf and 
5ZoneWaterLoopHeatPump.idf.

There is also a Heat Pump:Water Heater object that can be used to heat 
water in a tank (e.g., WaterHeater:Mixed), and the heated water can be 
used in a plant loop. See example file HeatPumpWaterHeater.idf
