What seems to be happening is this warning message is coming during 
"warmup" of the system.  Possibly due to your unusual temperature 
settings -- I have asked the developers to look into it.

However, as it doesn't occur for every hour and only is occuring 
during warmup and, if your temperatures in the excel file look 
reasonable, I think you can ignore it for this particular run.
