When you use Window multipliers, then the distribution of solar from 
the windows will be somewhat inaccurate.  The same amount of solar 
will enter the zone, it just won't be distributed in the most 
accurate of places.

If you search the documentation on "window multiplier", you will find 
some other notes:

Use of Window Multipliers
If an exterior wall in a daylit zone has a number of identical 
windows, the windows should be
entered separately rather than using a window multiplier (ref: 
Surface:HeatTransfer:Sub).
Using a multiplier would give an incorrect illuminance calculation 
since individual windows
would not be positioned correctly on the wall.
