[EnergyPlus_Support] floating room temperatures

Dear E+ users,

I have a question regarding room temperatures.

I have posted this question already on the DesignBuilder Support Forum, 
but unfortunately nobody could help me.

Is it possible within E+ that you can set the room (zone) temperature 
to a profile dependent on the ambient temperature?
For example: The room temperature should be 22°C for an external temp. 
up to 26°C, and then floating up to 26°C for an external temp of 32°C. 
Above 32°C, the temperature should be held constant at 26°C.

I would be glad if anyone has an idea how to do that within E+.
