RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] The Unit of Air Cntaminants

The air contaminant data produced by EnergyPlus is not indoor contamination,
but emission of pollutants to the outdoor environment. This will be from on
site combustion, such as from a boiler stack, plus remote emissions from a
power plant. The units are kilograms of total emission to the atmosphere,
over whatever the time period of the simulation is.

EnergyPlus has no data on indoor emission sources, and cannot generate
indoor contaminant levels.

Subject: [EnergyPlus_Support] The Unit of Air Cntaminants

Dear Mike.

Hi,

Currently, reviewing the simulation output.
To find out the effect that the air contaminants of HAVC system in
building affect the indoor air quality based on HVAC system type.
I've made the HVAC systems those of VAV system, CAVsystem, packaged
terminal heat pump.
In output in Enrgyplus, the unit of air contaminant is kilogram.
But I want to ppm of air contamination density.
Are there any way to know the ppm unit for air contamination.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Sincerly
DaeWoong Ha
