[EnergyPlus_Support] Looking for a modeller's services

Hi there,

We are looking for someone to model our building in E+ to accurately 
determine the yearly energy consumption of our building.  I have 
worked on Energy plus for a month or two but am finding it a 
challenge to get reliable figures.  It seems that many other people 
have questions regarding E +, but there are also a number of people 
with the skills to complete accurate complex modelling.  We seek to 
employ a professional to create a model of our building, with the 
view to do more modelling in the future.

We have done Ecotect modelling on the building - of which we can 
work modify to fit the E+ model to your requirements.

Here is an overview of the building and mechanical systems within 
the building:

Two storey office building
Second storey has skylights.
Thermal energy storage tank - containing chilled or hot water - 
generated overnight and drawn throughout the day.
Air to water heat pump (reverse cycle)
Water sourced Air handling Units for ducted air conditioning
Water sourced indoor fan coil unit.
Outside air/Exhaust air  heat recovery run-around coils
Floor hydronic coils in both floors - fed via manifolds.
Two trombe walls combined with banks of water solar collectors 
within the wall.
Solar water panels which feed the floor coils.
Solar water panels to cool the floor coils at night (under the right 
conditions)
