[EnergyPlus_Support] A question about the center-of-glass conductance

Dear all
I have a question about the conductance of the window construction.
In my IDF file, I defined a CLEAR 6+12+6 double clear glazing system. After calculating , the conductance of the center-of-glass is 2.739w/m2-K. in the EIO file.
Form the OutPutDetailsAndExample document, we can see the explanation about the Field: Conductance of center-of-glass is follow:
The center-of-glass conductance of the construction calculated without film coefficients, for ASHRAE winter conditions (inside air temperature = 21.1C (70F), outside air temperature = -17.8C (0F), windspeed = 6.71 m/s (15 mph), no solar radiation). Units are W/m2-K.
I also modle this glazing system in Window6, the Ufactor is 2.7 w/m2-K.
I think this Ufactor is the same meaning as the conductance of the center-of-glass .
But someone tell me the Ufactor value is calculated with film coefficients, and this seem conflicts with the OutPutDetailsAndExample document.
Who can tell me which explanation is right.
Thank you advance
Lei Wang
