I am not sure what a .fin file is. You should find documentation for
it from its source.
DirNorm might refer to "direct normal radiation". We would define
that in the Auxiliary Programs document under the weather
program. The common definition that weather files use is there but,
again, you should check with whoever produces a .fin file.
