Don't count my reply as a valid reply from the E+ team, but I'll give it a shot.
Even though the wall is set to adiabatic, as the wall stores up energy, there will be some inside face conduction moving toward the inside of the wall. This is all because of the transient heat storage modeled in the wall. If you were to see outside face conduction, I'm sure it would be either zero or very close to zero.
