The ELECTRIC EQUIPMENT (or GAS, etc.) models add a user-specified amount of 
heat to the zone air heat balance, the convection coefficient is implied in the 
rate of heat transfer leaving the equipment.  Perhaps we have misunderstood 
your question.  When you say "internal source", we thought you meant internal 
to the room (or zone).  Do you mean a source that is internal to one of the 
building surfaces?  If that is what you mean, then use LOW TEMP RADIANT 
SYSTEM:HYDRONIC or LOW TEMP RADIANT SYSTEM:ELECTRIC.
