EnergyPlus initializes each simulation environment (design day or weather file 
run period) by repeating the first day of the environment until the results 
converge, then the simulation proceeds with the next day.  If you look at the 
results for 07/15 hour 24, they are very similar to the results reported in the 
first row for 07/15 hour 0.  So this looks quite reasonable.  This trend 
repeats itself each night around midnight in the following days.  "Opaque 
Surface Inside Face Conduction" is the only variable being reported here.  
Because this variable represents the net result of many factors, it can be 
difficult to understand the driving forces.  I would recommend reporting some 
environmental conditions and zone air temperatures at a minimum to help 
understand what it happening.

Of greater concern are the 14C ground temperatures year-round.  These are much 
too cold under a commercial building.  The floor surfaces in contact with the 
ground are drawing significant amounts of heat from the building. Please read
