[EnergyPlus_Support] File update

Dear all.

I am running a project with Energy plus Version 2-1 and the files that 
are created (*.err, *.csv, *.dxf etc) do not get updated. 
That is that after the first run of the model, when i change something 
(e.g. a geometry change) this does not appear in the output files. No 
matter how many times i run it, i keep seeing the results of my first 
run.
I tried deleting all the files (except the *.idf) in the folder of my 
project and this is the only thing that works. New updated output files 
are created.
Why aren't the output files replaced when I run a second simulation?
