I thinik I can solve the North and South Zones of this 51.8m x 32m building

 

The 26.6m x 6.8m center core of this four storey building houses the lifts,
stairs, toilets with exhaust fans, pantries, printing rooms, supply air
ducts and return air shafts and is surrounded by rooms. The fire staircase
is not conditioned. 

 

If I put the surfaces of this 26.6m x 6.8m x 16m high core as Heat transfer
surfaces for the Center Zone, what do I put for the Other Zone surface?
ExteriorEnvironment without Sun or Wind does not seem quite correct. Or do I
ignore these surfaces and just enter the internal loads like people,
equipment and lights?
