1.  In the pump object, the pressure rise and efficiency inputs control the 
power consumption.

3.  I am not exactly sure about this, but see CONDENSER LOOP, field "Loop 
Temperature Setpoint Node Name or Reference".  If you enter AIR in this field, 
then "use the outdoor air wet-bulb as the setpoint".  Input Output Reference p.
