Open the file in TextPad, and hit Tools -> Convert to DOS

I had already downloaded the TextPad. But what should I do in the next step?

There are several utilities that can convert Unix format files to DOS 
as well as text editors than can convert unix files to DOS format.

Not sure how you got a Unix file in the first place? Linux origin perhaps?

I believe I downloaded the ones I use from the same place as my text editor:

I am trying to determine if they are freeware and if I can upload 
them to the group site.
