[EnergyPlus_Support] Sky conditions

Dear All,
I'm new in this forum, as well as new on the E+ world.

I've been recently trying to model daylight in E+.
I'm just strugling to determine or understand sky conditions used by 
the software to model daylight.
Does anybody have a clue?
