[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Changing the Solar Heat Gain Coefficient

Dear Nuno,

I recently tried to do the same thing and could not find a way within
EPlus.  As an alternative, the DesignBuilder staff suggested that I
use the Window 5 program from Lawrence Berkley Labs
(windows.lbl.gov/software). It has a large library of commercial glass
types from which I selected the one my client was using.  Window 5
calculates the various properties needed by EPlus, which can then be
entered into IDF Editor (or DesignBuilder)  The process requires some
"trial and error", but was not too time consuming or difficult.
