[EnergyPlus_Support] PMVET* and PMVSET*

Hi All
I have a couple of questions about these two variables that I haven't been
able to tease out of the E+ manual: 

1)	Do either/both of these take into consideration average external
temperatures?
2)	Can anyone give me a brief explanation of how they vary from PMV
(with more detail than "they take into consideration ET* and SET*)?
