[EnergyPlus_Support] Design Builder vs Energy Plus - Simulation Results using AHU

Hello

On Design Builder                                                          On Energy Plus System

    HVAC Model                        

        Simple ->                                                         Purchased Air System on EnergyPlus

        HVAC Compact (CAV System) ->                      Detailed System on EnergyPlus

        HVAC Compact (Unitary Single Zone) ->             Detailed System on EnergyPlus

If I use a System with several AHUs, the Exported IDF file leads to three very different results (Annual Energy Consumption). What should be the wright choice?
