Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] Re: model "Dry cooler" and "run-around heat recovery" in EnergyPlus?



I didn't quite understand what you meant by:
"A mixture of water and glycol is circulated through the coil and fed to 
the units."

I based my response on this statement:
"This system consists of a recovery coil in the exhaust air stream 
connected to a preheat coil in the outside air stream. A pump circulates 
a water and glycol solution between the two coils."

So if you mean that half of the HX is in the exhaust air stream, the 
other half of the HX is in the OA stream and a pump pushes fluid between 
these halves, then all you need is the generic HX.

If you mean something else, then please provide more information (or a 
manufacturers web site).
