I found the four opening components have 0 values for the Width factor for 
Opening factor #2 field. When both values of Width factor for Opening factor 
#1 and Width factor for Opening factor #2 are zeros, the opening is 
considered as fully closed. That is why no airflows. Figure 83 on page 659 
in the Input Output Reference provides information on geometrical factors 
used in opening object.

The Width factor for Opening factor #2 field value has to be greater than 0. 
The new release will force the input value >0. After I changed the value to 
1.0, the results show airflows in the four openings. I only ran a couple of 
days.

By the way, other openings also have 0 values in the same field.
