Somehow, the documentation for this new set of report variables got overlooked.

I will put together a small document that describes the input and the 
engineering of same and put it into the "Updates" folder here.  As 
I'm just looking at the submitted documents, I won't know how long 
that might take (if I have to bring in parts of the usual IORef or 
EngRef documents).
