[EnergyPlus_Support] warning of type "Zone Air Heat Balance is out of balance"

Hi,

I've just downloaded the new version of EnergyPlus. After 
transitioning a file to v2.1 and running it, I get the warning 
detailed below (all the rest passes integrity tests):

What does it mean and are there any ways to "prevent" it?
