[EnergyPlus_Support] U value Design Builder vs Energy Plus

Dear Energy Plus Team:
When I inserted a certain Exterior Wall the Design Builder calculated a U = 0,54. 
After, when I exported the file to Energy Plus and made the simulation, the EPlus Report showed a U = 0,6. I think that this also happened for all the other Building Constructions.
What is the reason?
