[EnergyPlus_Support] Google Sketchup 6 vs Energy plugged problems

Hello
I think that because I installed the Energy Plugged on my Google Sketchup 6 , it "freezed" the Program.
When the Program starts the "Learning Center" it remains blocked. What could be the reason?
