Meteonorm-derived files for Pau and Tarbes have been uploaded to the YahooGroup web site under Meteonorm_Weather_Files/France_(FRA)/
 
Note--these two locations are only 25 km apart.  There may be little difference between them except the elevation changes by about 100 m.

(Lat. 43°18' Nord, Long. 0°22' West), and other for Tarbes, 
France (Lat. 43°14' Nord, Long. 0°04' Est).

Could you send me, please, these data?
