There apparently are significant missing data in the TMY3 that we did not catch.  Plan to fix in the next day or so (takes a long time to process and upload).

I tried to use some of the TMY3 weather files which were recently put on 
the web. Three of my runs crashed due to errors in the following weather 
files.
USA_CA_Arcata.AP_TMY3.epw
USA_CA_Long.Beach-Daugherty.Field_TMY3.epw
USA_CA_Sacramento.Exec.AP_TMY3.epw
Could someone look into this and possibly replace the bad weather files?
