Sorry, I mis-interpreted your pressure comment as being external static. 
I will refer you to the Eng Ref, but the mass flow rate of steam is 
based on 100C steam temperature and assumes saturation (saturated 
pressure at 100C). The volumetric flow rate calculated from mass flow 
rate is based on the density of water at 21C (998.2 kg/m3).
