[EnergyPlus_Support] Modelling an "Electric Hot Water Chiller" and Heat Recovery "Warmest"

Dear Energy Plus Team
"HOT WATER CHILLER"
Instead of creating an Air - Water Heat Pump (heating and cooling) to connnect to the two water loops, is it possible to:
Cooling: normal electric chiller object (7 to 12ºC for chilled water)
Heating: electric chiller object (45 to 50ºC for hot water)
Can I do this?
Does it work using compact objects?
Do I have to use a detailed System?
HEAT RECOVERY
What is the real meaning of the option "Warmest" on the Heat Recovery Object?
The Economizer function is only to do free-cooling?
Best Regards
A L
