[EnergyPlus_Support] No warning/error for missing schedule in Electric Load Center:Generators

Hi EnergyPlus folks,

Schedule objects referenced in the ELECTRIC LOAD CENTER:GENERATORS
objects that do not exist in the IDF input file do not issue any
warnings or errors. Since E+ usually issues errors if schedules are
missing, I believe for consistency this should be the case here, too.
