[EnergyPlus_Support] Effect of sunniness on indoor temperatures
Hi All-
I'm doing a study on the effect of sunlight/cloudiness on indoor
temperatures and I was wondering if anyone could help me out...
Basically, my question is this:
If you were to take the "average" building (in terms windows,
materials, etc.), keep outside temperature constant at T, and change
the "sunniness" (defined as % of the sky not covered in clouds), what
effect would that have on the indoor temperature? Sunniness heats the
inside of the house through conduction, etc., and we are trying to
figure out the actual mathematical relationship. Restated numerically.
Indoor Temp = F(Outside Temp, sunniness)
So the question is, what is the function F? Just the mathematical
relationship without constants would help as well.
Thanks all!
