[EnergyPlus_Support] Dry bulb-based economizer

Dear E+ Forum,

I cannot figure out how to make the Controller:Outside Air object
simulate an outdoor dry bulb-based economizer.  This is a pretty
common approach, so it seems as though it should be available...
Some posts from several years ago refer to it, but I can't figure out
any specifics from that source.  Suggestions?
