Dear all：
I have a question about weather file. In TWN_TAIPEI_IWEC file, I am
interested in the background of the wind velocity in the file. So I
want to ask who made the file and where the original data is from?
What height the wind is measured in the file?
Also, in the airflow Network model, if I need to use the
TWN_TAIPEI_IWEC file,what wind velocity profile exponent should I key
in? Thanks.
