Brute force parallel runs.

All you need for EnergyPlus runs are (in a local folder)
Energy+.ini (with pointers to where the Energy+.idd and EnergyPlus.exe
are)
in.idf
in.epw

Everything is written to the local folder (eplusout.*)

RunEPlus.bat will help maintain those in an command environment.
(multiple command windows in multiple folders)
Or you can replicate EP-Launch.exe and EPL-Run.bat in those folders and
use the friendly EP-Launch to set them up.
