The EnergyPlus WeatherConverter creates a .DDY when the EPW is processed that includes design conditions--if there are data in the ASHRAE 2005 Fundamentals.  It appears that there are no data for the location you created.  An alternate in this case is to open the .STAT output--it includes design conditions calculated from that hourly weather file.  It may or may not be representative of long-term design conditions.  Compare to other near-by locations that should be similar.

I generated the hourly weather file using Meteonorm for Madinah City which is not provided at eere.energy website
I converted the Tm2 file into EPW to be used for E+ Simulation
Looking at the ddy-file, I couldn't find the design days for winter and summer that are used for system autosizing
Could you please tell me how to calculate those data from the meteonorm's weather file?
