[EnergyPlus_Support] cooling load3

Hi I couldn't get answer to my questions. I hope someone helps me now.

I have problem with understanding the meaning of load and gain reports
(purchased air-natural ventilation),

In E+ for different simulations with different types of shading
devices, I got
-Zone Window Heat Loss,gain
-Surface Int Convection Heat Rate
-AirflowNetwork Infiltration Sensible Gain Rate reports to compare
the effects of shading devices on these 3 gain components.

My aim was to see these three gains amount in total gains of zone
one by one and altogether. But I couldn't find zone total gains
report. So I thought I could use purchased air sensible cooling rate
or purchased air total cooling rate(now I am not sure).
For some hours purchased air total cooling rate is little but gains
are high. For example at 8.00 in the morning
zone window heat gain is 591.4 W, loss is 0.0
Surface Int Convection Heat Rate(by summing all surface's results)
184.9 W
Airflow network infiltration sensible gain 0, loss 76 W
Purchased air total cooling rate is 6.7 W and Purchased sensible
cooling rate is 2.9 W
I haven't done a load calculation before and I am not able to comment
on results.

I want to learn if
-Zone Window Heat Loss,gain
-Surface Int Convection Heat Rate
-AirflowNetwork Infiltration Sensible Gain Rate reports are sensible
gains.

Do purchased air sensible cooling rate and total cooling rate mean
loads as I think or not? If they are loads do they contain the loads
of Zone Window Heat Loss,gain
-Surface Int Convection Heat Rate
-AirflowNetwork Infiltration Sensible Gain Rate

Is it logical to divide these to purchased air sensible cooling rate?
If it is, is it normal to get values over 1 when I divide gain to
load.

I hope I am clear now
I really really need help
thank you very much
