[EnergyPlus_Support] ExpandObjects

So this is likely a very silly question... but when I try to run the 
ExpandObjects.exe preprocessor for Compact HVAC a command window 
briefly appears and then disappears and nothing happens. Does anyone 
know what I am doing wrong? Thanks.
