[EnergyPlus_Support] entering coordinate geometry from drawing.

Hi,
I am trying to automate input, by selecting room coordinates from
Autocad drawing.
In Autocad drawing, the room coordinates vary after taking into
account wall thickness.

1.While entering coordinates in surface:Heat Transfer object, is it
okay to enter vertex as per internal room drawing coordinates and
correctly specify outsidefaceenvironment object.

To illustrate 2 zones of 4 m x 4 m side by side as shown,

2. How is plenum space of return air path not directly over air
conditioned areas modelled? For example, return air passing through
plenum over unconditioned corridor.

3. How to include AHU room in the model? These rooms will have surface
loads from walls / roof which will have be added to return air load
when return air is not ducted and is collected over plenum. Especially
in VAV / FCU system how to assign system to this room?

thanks,
