[EnergyPlus_Support] Modeling an Open Door

Is there a suggested way to model a building with an open door? I 
don't just want to make the R value 0/U value infinite because that 
seems to suggest more energy flow than is really possible. Is there a 
suggested R value to use to keep the construction of the door but 
define its material so that it is analogous to being open? Thanks
