You certainly don’t have to “implement
code,” but you would have to dig into the text-based input file for EnergyPlus
and do simulations outside of DesignBuilder. You would need to modify the
input file, using text editor or IDFEditor, to add input objects called
Surface:HeatTransfer:ExteriorNaturalVentedCavity and Other Side Conditions
Model. These are explained in the Input Output reference. These are for opaque
facades, not glazed ones.

this type of facades using desingbuilder, only using energyplus, but I know
that I can export the building from desingbuilder to energyplus and then
