[EnergyPlus_Support] Night Cycle Ventilation

Hello,

With HVAC Compact system, I tried the night ventilation cycle option.

My purpose is to cool my building during night.
System is well activated when internal temperature is rising over
setpoint but it seems that it run even if outside air is warmer than
zone temperature.

My ask is: do night ventilation take care of outside air temperature
to avoid heating zone?
If yes, what should I set in my option.
