RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] discharge coefficient for pivoted window

The algorithm to calculate opening of a pivot window was copied from COMIS 
3.0. I just copied the code driectly from COMIS. If you have problems to 
understand equations in the Enginerring Reference, it will be better to ask 
help from COMIS developers.
