For a California Climate Change study, I attempted to create weather files
for all locations with sufficient weather data for so doing.
Unfortunately, the data for San Bernardino failed that test. You should
use either Riverside Muni or Riverside March AFB. There is a TMY3 weather
file for the former, and I have created a TMY weather file for Riverside
March AFB. You can e-mail me for the latter in EPW format if you're
interested.
Do not use Palm Springs, as that's on the other side of the mountains with
more than three times as many cooling degree days.
