[EnergyPlus_Support] AllDataSet.idf is not available?

HI,

I'm trying to look for wall construction materials and their material properties for EnergyPlus input. ..
I found AllDataSet.idf as described below is not available on the EnergyPlus Support website.
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/EnergyPlus_Support/files/Release_Pieces/

Any ideas?
