[EnergyPlus_Support] Economizer Keyword "No Enthalpy Limit" & "No Temperature Limit" not working

Hello all,

when I add an economizer and change the keywords "NO RETURN AIR TEMP 
LIMIT" & "NO RETURN AIR ENTHALPY LIMIT" to "RETURN AIR TEMP LIMIT" & 
"RETURN AIR ENTHALPY LIMIT" it does not make a difference, but when i 
change the enthalpy and temperature limit numbers from the default of 
32000J/kg and 19C respectively it works (makes a difference). 

Any thoughts, did anyone else have the same issue? any insight would 
be helpful.
