   I went on the EnergyPlus: WeatherData webpage and I do not see any weather files for Lebanon. However, you could use a weather file from Cyprus since it's closest to Lebanon and close to same latitude. The link to the webpage is http://apps1.eere.energy.gov/buildings/energyplus/cfm/weather_data2.cfm/region=6_europe_wmo_region_6
