Dear all, 

After contacting the author of IHIT, the interface was under 
development as part of proof of concept for Barry O' Sullivan's PhD 
studies and it never went to application level. 

Additionally, it only supported application on buildings modelled in E+ 
two years ago. The constant revision of E+ database made it difficult 
for the author to update the software.

I hope this clarifies things now
