[EnergyPlus_Support] Suspected blank line during weather data creation

Hello all,

I am trying to create an epw file from data I collected at a 
meteorological station in Puno, Peru.  Using a comma separated file 
and a def file, I ran the weather converter.  I had 8 fields and was 
reading 60 records in an hours.  The audit read all of the fields I 
used and gave back the first data point correctly in the audit but 
produced a critical error, ¨Suspected Blank line after   0 days.  All 
remaining records will be ignored.¨  Any help with how the comma 
separated file should be set up to avoid this error would be helpful. 
IS there a line terminator that needs to be used to indicate the end 
of a record?  Thank you.
