[EnergyPlus_Support] Eplus V3-0 Constructions, Surfaces, Coordinates Clarification

Request agreement or clarification with my understanding of correct
required input.

1. Constructions, as defined in the I/O Reference, are defined as
Outside layer - furthest from the zone air and Inside layer - closest to
zone air.
2. When defining surfaces for a zone, the surface is the Outside Layer,
Not the Inside layer against the Zone air.
3. When using world coordinates, a zone's origin is the 3 vertices of
the world coordinate position in 3d space. The surface vertices are the
world coordinate vertices.
4. When using daylighting and world coordinates, the reference points
are the world coordinate vertice positions.
5. Sub surfaces such as a window are the vertices of the glazing Outside
Layer and Not the vertices of the framing.
6. Sub surfaces such as a door are vertices of the door Outside Layer
and Not the framing.

Is this correct?
